This photograph was taken one evening in October 2014, during the first anniversary celebration of Café Bourbón in Bogotá. A couple of friends were roasting and serving some of the best coffee I had ever tasted. After setbacks and attempts, they are now called Café Tropicalia and have been selected in the last two years as one of the ten best coffee shops in the world.
